Look where Alexa Chung’s gown when she’s attending Louis Vuitton New Bond Street Maison launch party is from? Louis Vuitton 2010 Fall/Winter Fashion Show runway! Ahh, don’t take Alexa Chung for a self-sufficient It girl, she sometimes needs to go to the runway and search for her cocktail dress! Even the Louis Vuitton Intrigue bag she totes at the launch party is similar to what the model carries-she merely shows off a girly pink version that’s more in accord with her tone.
If you have a closer look, you will find Alexa Chung’s profile. She’s next to the girl who’s seated next to firey-lipsticked Pixie Geldof. She doesn’t seem much interested in the attire, yet her later getup at Louis Vuitton New Bond Street Maison launch party gives away everything. Luckily enough her ensemble is much better than those of other girls who take pains to be stunners at the star-studded party.
A pink Louis Vuitton Intrigue tote best offsets the vintage tone the semitransparent bow embellished dress Alexa Chung wears, adding a bit of cute girly ingredient to her attire. Plus, her navy tweed maxi dress and strappy sandals are much elegant than the grey lower dress and Louis Vuitton Fall 2010 heels.
Compared with Daisy Lowe’s Louis Vuitton Monogram Mirage tote and heavy floral frock, Pixie Geldof’s theatrical makeup and exquisite deep-v-shaped floral maxi dress, Alexa Chung’s getup should top the list of best dressed It girls at that party.

Louis Vuitton Intrigue Handbag Toted by Leighton Meester
There are two versions of Louis Vuitton Intrigue handbags yet their fates are worlds apart. The black version toted by Leighton Meester looks ultra sorry even though it’s a scene of Gossip Girl IV whilst the pink version carried by Alexa Chung is refreshing, sweet and cute, all accented with Alexa Chung’s magical mix-and-match mode. I really feel sorry for the black Louis Vuitton Intrigue handbag which fails to go with Leighton Meester’s feminine Reem Acra 2010 Spring/Summer collection floral dress.
On the other hand, I love every inch of the pink version. Alexa Chung might not be that stunning if she carried an exquisite Louis Vuitton Fall 2010 ostrich flapped monochrome tote which Pixie Geldof struts about with. She doesn’t take to ultra femininity.
She can’t beat Daisy Lowe if she executes feminine tone so she goes on with her constant style, a perfect combo of vintage and a little bit girlie ingredient. The pink Louis Vuitton Intrigue tote best offsets her vintage Louis Vuitton Fall 2010 maxi dress whose upper part is dark toned floral and lower is grey tweed maxi dress.
Leighton Meester has every reason to go the ultra feminine way, yet she sometimes plays unsuccessful mix-and-match game. How much I wish she could choose a classic black Chanel 2.55 quilted leather flap bag or a firey red Gucci Hysteria tote so that she doesn’t appear so disappointing.
